Carbon dioxide and temperature have absolutely nothing to do with GM.
GM is one of the red flags that goes up when the issue of honey bees dying came to prominence. Yet, largely, no one mentioned GM in connection with this, instead, "the suspect" is mobile phones. The politicians have endorsed GM, Monsanto has a vice like monopoly grip, climate change has received huge amounts of press, the media have largely blacked out opposing views, they have had the floor to widen this, but they don't.

Of course there is a huge incentive to tax everything you do, after all, all activity creates carbon dioxide. This would have happened had they have reached a more definite agreement at Copenhagen. The times where GM has been covered in this country, the people against it have been depicted as crazy extremists.

They don't give a fuck about the real issues

just need to connect the dots of our physical reality and how it is critical to all of our futures. things might be hopeless right now, but sustainability and recyling will be a huge part of an evolved, high technology society.

our current 'money' as a flawed accounting system considering scarce physical resources. we must entirely redefine our value systems in the long term.

just to throw this out there and thinking of solutions instead of conspiracies - if it was up to you, what are the things, material or not, that you would assign value to? how would this move us toward an ideal society...

Well as it's apparent the whole system is failing by design, then we must surely understand what their plans are. Now this is something I haven't fully understood because I thought the carbon quota system would be their new system but as that hasn't materialised in the way which we were expecting it to, I don't know.

I know some economists want a total reform, i.e. take the power out of private hands to create the money, and create the money with no interest levied against it.  For it is usury which has brought about all of this, we run out of credit lines domestically, so instead we fight for exports.

That's their premise
