^ Back in the days Wars were proper and there were justifiable reasons for going to war.  Nowadays what we see is the Bismarkian practice of going to war for the sole purpose of the benefits of such a war.  Yes Iran and Israel arent best friends, does that give the Americans green light to fly the Stars and Stripes all over Middle Eastern oilfields?

Irish Thug, you are one of the few people on this board I like, even though you are an environmentalist wacko. However, you are wrong on this one. Stop with the politically correct b.s. Not all societies ar equal. A free society is better than one based upon slavery, a democratic society is better than one that is a dictatorship, and a society based upon equality is better than one based upon oppression. You cannot argue those statements. And unfortunately, the Middle East is fillled with oppression and dictatorships and all around barbaric practices.

Well, for one thing, teaching little girls how to read isn't against the law, and you can no longer execute people for not being Muslim. How is that for starters?

This is a new era.  First, a country like Isreal and America call a country a member of the axis of evil.  When Iran has done nothing to America.   Then, when the country tries to defend itself, and aquires some weapons, a war can be waged against them for aquiring those mechanisms of defense.  Why does Iran not have the right to defend themselves?

I TO DA GEEZY:
Let's say it does, let's not even take the fact it's  radical and not democratic into consideration as far as it's exisistance goes, but as soon as it touches Israel's right to defend itself, u could say exactly the same...
