(1/6) > >>

thisoneguy360:
Mariners

1. Adam Jones, George Sherril, and Chris Tillman for Erik "disabled list" Bedard
2. David Ortiz for Dave Hollins
3. Jason Varitek & Derek Lowe for Heath Cliff Slocumb

God damn those are some awful trades

Chamillitary Click:
i know the best one for mine. ;D 8)

Shallow:
The Red Sox traded Babe Ruth for 100,000 dollars. That's gotta be the worst all time for any franchise.

I just read that the Yanks offered the 100k while the White Sox offered Shoeless Joe and 60k. My guess is the writing was on the wall for the '19 White Sox otherwise what's 40k less for Shoeless Joe Jackson? Imagine they had traded Ruth for Jackson the year before. Both of their careers could have been greatly altered forever.

J.D. Wykid, Esq.:
Pedro Martinez for delano deshields.  :(

OG Hack Wilson:
well the Yankees traded Jay Buhner or whatever his name was

but we have survived since  (5 championships and 7 AL titles)
