3gS will work on verizon this summer, correct?

The current 3GS model will NEVER work with Verizon seeing as their network uses CDMA and not GSM like AT&T. There have been rumors of a CDMA iPhone coming out soon but it could be for China and not the USA.

What I really need is for the dev team to wake up and figure out how to jailbreak with this new 3.1.3 firmware so I can j.break my 3GS already. I'm feining for some Cydia and Installous.
