Everything I've heard rumoured to be for LASERS besides Shining Down and 2 30 sec snippets sounded like ass.  It makes me think Lupe is falling off.  Then he'll sound tight over a guest spot feature like B.o.B past my shades.  Even his recent mixtape was garbage (for Lu) and I wasn't feeling it.  Hopefully, the final product is drastically different.
