I got the answer. It's with the french rap group "psy4 de la rime", the song is "à l'ancienne". They say it in the interview:

"Nate Dogg a eu un problème après cet enregistrement…
Sya Styles : Ce qui s’est passé, c’est qu’en décembre quand on l’a retrouvé à LA, il n’était pas au meilleur de sa forme et malheureusement, quelques jours après cet enregistrement, il a eu une attaque cardiaque qui l’a laissé paralysé d’un côté. On a essayé de prendre des nouvelles ces derniers mois, ça a l’air de s’arranger mais d'après ce que nous a dit son manager, À l’ancienne serait le dernier morceau qu’il enregistrerait en studio. The interviewer said that Nate Dogg had a problem after the studio recording, the french producer answered that they met Nate in december 07 in LA, to finish the song with Nate vocals. He wasn't in a good shape when they met him, he was like tired but o.k. Few days after recording the song he was having the stroke. That song was a big hit in France, they were supposed to shoot a video, so they kept in touch on a regular basis with Nate's new management. The manager said that he was paralysed on the left side of his body and that this song was the last one recorded in studio. Then the french group wish him a fast recovery.

Damn i miss those Nate Dogg hooks! They also said that they simply connected via myspace since Nate didn't have any label and any manger at the time. He replied to them and a month later they were in LA to finish the song.
