Copped distant relatives (very nice packaging) and Revolutions per minute.  I don't usually buy albums but good music needs support

I might cop Revolutions Per Minute but this the first Nas album in a minute that ain't getting many spins.   I guess my taste for his style has changed.
Cool breeze; I'm hopping out of new Beams
My outfit ran me a few G's but none of that will matter if you leave
I used to be an Adam with two Eves and shawtys automatically do me
Excuse me, all that happened before you doesn't matter
I'm a vision of the future climbing the success ladder
Recline, in the mean time, twenty three shine, diamond bling blind as I rewind

I forgot about Revolutions Per Minute.  Didn't cop it yet.  I copped the Nas and Marley album though.  Maybe I will wait till I play that one out a little then go cop Revolutions Per Minute.

But yes, no doubt this is the best release day we've had in a very, very long time!

It was kind of odd, because I didn't go to Best Buy but went to one of the few record stores left to buy the album.  This store is still denying that the digital revolution ever happened and selling cd's at $17.00, lol.  At the store there was some talk, conversation, interaction, about the album, the clerk was excited because Lil Wayne was on a track, lol... But it was nice I guess to get the old feeling of buying an album, and hearing people talk about it and be excited about the release of an album.
