Why Does Weed Cause Paranoia?

ya i hate the paranoia, i get it pretty often but calm myself down cuz im so used to it.  But its annoying cuz u cant help it, i get jittery and tense, sometimes heart beat fast...so i just move around or walk it off or something.  I know people that have quit all together becuz they were getting these symptoms all the time.  I also know people who have gone nuts and went to hospital..lol...but if this happens to ur friends, u shouldnt laugh, just help them calm down.
