Thats not Cube, Its Fuzzy from Power 106. He's also a talented sax player...

Is it me, or does this album sound more r&b? Didn't Quik say he was going to do a Rythmalism 2?

Rhythmalism was a smooth Rnb/Hip Hop record. Thats what this sounds like.

It's gonna be fire. I remember some dumbass saying over here that Quik fell off haha he can't fell off, he's a true musician, composer, artist, producer.. all you want!

Thanks Quik for not following those weird music trends and keeping creating your own sound!

i think cube will sound great on a quik beat. i´m more worried about bizzy bone.. the 2 tracks i heard :-\ his flow and voice just dont seem to fit with quik beats :( although they both one of my favs..

First one sounds amazing, third one's also great, and the 4th one sounds like a classic-level beat, fifth one's alright, 6th one is another classic-level beat.  Overall, it sounds like a very good album.  However, I obviously can't say whether it's as good as rhythm-al-ism or his other past albums (damn, they're all pretty good actually haha.)  But, after the first listen, I think that the sound that Quik is going for is a fusion between Rhythm-Al-Ism and Under The Influence and it's fine by me because it sounds like it's working.

Damn sounds like he's finally back to that vintage sound. Thank God, I wasn't liking all the weird experimental shit he's been doing in recent years. These snippets + the Suga Free collabo + the joint with Bun-B/Bizzy Bone/Wc = classic in the making.
