Thats stupid tho man. For one, Floyd has been the one holdin this shit up with excuses. He used the drug testing thing at the beginning knowing that Pacquiao was against giving blood right before a fight. He said himself that was the ONLY reason they didnt have a fight. Arum worked with Pacquiao to pretty much get things exactly the way Floyd wanted them. The drug testing is how FLOYD wanted. The money is where both camps want it. By Floyd not taking the fight, Arum is holding up negotiations with other fighters to fight Pacquiao in order to wait on word from Floyd. Floyd is acting like they need him, and they dont. Manny is the top fighter in the world right now, not Floyd. No one questions Mannys legacy because he has ran through so many legends. Floyds legacy is constantly in question because he has ducked some of the better fighters out there. Floyd needs this fight more than Manny does. Arum hasnt said that they WONT have a deal because Floyd didnt respond by the deadline. Its just that up until this deadline, Arum was ONLY negotiating with Floyds people. After the deadline, he is saying he will have to work with other fighters to ensure a fight happens in November....Floyd or not. Mayweather needs to man up and make it happen.

To be fair to Floyd, with Roger Mayweather having this case going on it's gotta be a distraction and you'd want your camp fully focused on this fight, not having to worry about any outside matters, especially since this will be the hardest fight of his career
