Manny, just like every other opponent will be forced to change his gameplan.. causing his defeat.
If you think a flurry of odd angle punches is enough to beat May then I encourage you to bet against me if the fight is ever set.

May has already proven himself and if he wishes to go out only taking big-name fights at this point, so be it..
DLH was the biggest fight to be made in boxing at the time it went down.. if yall remember.

Manny has fought similar opponents but yet gets accolades when he fights them,
May is charged with fighting only folks he knows he can beat..

I wonder if that's because he always wins? ::)

Personally, I would love to see this match because I see May embarassing Manny on this night, in a real way.

Manny will more than likely tweek some things for the fight obviously. But Freddy Roach i believe is the best trainer in boxing right now.  He will have him prepared.  My opinion has always been that it would be best to attack Floyds body. Fighters tend to become headhunters against Floyd. Most of that because of Floyds defense. He confuses a lot of fighters and they get desperate. Remember, Ive been a huge Mayweather supporter throughout his career.

DLH was big only in name, not in talent at the time. When Mayweather AND Pacquiao took on Oscar, he was done. But De La Hoya is a big draw so everyone targets him even if he is shot. Mayweather beat him...Pacquiao destroyed him like no other.

Mayweather is charged with only taking on safe fights, because he looks past every threat out there. De La Hoya was done when they faught. He waited until Mosley was way past his prime to fight him. I dont think Mayweather wanted ANYthing to do with Mosley in his prime. He ducked Margarito for years. Cmon man. There is a reason why certain fighters get a ton of respect and admiration, and other fighters (Floyd) are looked at as cowards. When a million people say the same thing about you...its you, not them.

Mayweather can handle his career however he wants. But when he continues ducking people...and then wants to call himself the greatest, he will continue to be laughed at. People dont watch him fight because they just respect his greatness, they want to see somebody beat the shit out of him.

Mayweather callin himself the greatest with nothing more than a perfect record and very few notable victories is the boxing equivilent to Lil Wayne claiming to be the greatest rapper alive.

Such silliness being spewed in this thread..  ::)

Everyone is 2nd Tier next to the Elite.

and FYI Manny Pacquiao fought 37 fools yall never even heard of before stepping in with Names..
so much for that 2nd tier theory.. Manny has been fighting 3rd and 4th tier.. even loss to two of them Lmao..

May's opponent list reads like a who's who in boxing..
the real reason yall so mad is cause for over 40 matches yall prayed for him to get his head Knocked Off..

..and Nobody has been able to.  8)  Shane had the best chance.. So Much 4 That.  ;D

Wrong cus Ive pulled for Mayweather in every fight he has been in, except maybe the Mosley fight cus Ive been a big Mosley fan since day one. But again, Mosley was way past his prime. Mosley in his prime was actually the most dominant champion in history at one point with a 38-0 record and 35 KO's. That shit is just crazy.

Put it like this (and dont say hate, cus hate is an overused and most of the time incorrect word to use). Why else would a fighter with a perfect record who hasnt really come close to losing many fights (Castillo might have beat him....but whatever) still have so much to prove in the eyes of the public and even boxing world? What has HE done or not done that makes people question his greatness in boxing history?
