nothing has changed, the only thing that's littlely (yes littlely) different now is that the Producer(s) is the DJ and the grafetti is the clothing.

If I were to redefine them I'd go:

1) emceeing (obviously)

2) producing (djing is still alive, but beatmaking is the main focus now)

3) hip hop dance (yes, bboying is still alive but its not the only thing going on. This element needs to be expanded to encompass other types of dancing)

4) style/fashion (A big aspect of hip hop, I guess "swag" could go under here as well)

On point.

....what would they be? The four elements are emceeing, djing, bboying and graffiti. If you look at what hip hop represents today, would you change any of the elements and if so what 4 elements would you pick?

Nice thread.  If it was MY pick, then I would want to keep the four elements the same, because that is the essence of true hip-hop, and that is how the culture is preserved.  Even in the 90's when artists got away from the 4 elements they still had deep respect for it, just look at 2pac's track "Old School" or listen to interviews with Eminem when he first came out battlin in Detroit and giving love and respect to the pioneers.
