I think "It's Tyme To Ride On 'Em" is Daz' best track from that time.

The real reason why that album didn't blow up and get major due was because JD was pissed off at the fact that Daz was releasing a bunch of indy garbage at the time he was trying to push a major release. Daz had recorded a ton of great tracks like "It'z MY Thang" ft. Kurupt, "Git Drunk," "Boyz In Da Hood" ft. Nate Dogg, & "Party People" ft. Jagged Edge (which got airplay on the West).
JD couldn't promote the album because he couldn't establish a buzz with an artist who constantly was releasing indy music. I don't blame him for being upset this should have been a classic.

Yeah I like that album too..
Lead single was dope too.. Bumped that a lot back then..
you know pre-exposed-Ross was pretty cool.. lol

I remember at the time thinking daz might actually seel pretty well with so so def behind him.
As for the album i thought it was one of his weaker ones, it had some heaters but overall it was like the label so so
