Tupac & Mike Tyson special set to Air on ESPN

One Night in Vegas will be shown as part of ESPN's 30 for 30. The documentary has full cooperation from Tyson and has been billed as an homage to classic boxing films such as “Requiem For A Heavyweight,” and “The Harder They Fall.” For Blythewood, this film will also feature some social commentary.

Looked it up, and it appears that the goal was to air this around the same time as the anniversary of that night, so it comes on in early September

Could be wrong, but I thought I remembered Mike in an interview once, downplaying his relationship with Pac, and basically saying they weren't really friends and barely new each other.  Now, maybe Mike is hungry for some attention and so he's all in on this project, and he's gonna play up his relationship with Pac.

Pac loved Tyson.  that's for sure.  remember his rant at the end of the Wendy Williams  diss?

Yeah, that part is obvious, Pac was always biggin up Mike Tyson, in more songs then the one you mentioned, and many times in public.

But my post was in regards to Mike's feelings towards Pac, and I'm sure this documentary will shed some light on that.
