Make sure you eat fish, vegetables and chicken, you don't need meat per se. Eat boiled eggs but throw away the yoke, just eat the egg white. Stay away from fat, drink water and work out like a beast!

Carbs and Proteins = rice and lean meat, vegetables, fruits and no animal but vegetable fat.

To bulk up you need to eat alot of protein like meat, chicken, fish n have like rice or potatoes with it for the carbs. You can also tske protein shakes. I started using creatine recently n im startin to bulk up.
