i'd have to vote for Super Mario Brothers 3 barely over Super Mario World

I agree with that 100%. Super Mario 3 followed by Super Mario World. I guess I'd put Super Mario 1 and Mario 64 right after that.

I might be one of the few people who actually like Super Mario 2 a lot. All that Mario Sunshine and Galaxy shit never interested me and I have yet to play the new Mario on Wii.

Pretty close between Super Mario Brothers 3 & Super Mario World but voted for the latter.Yoshi is in it, better graphics (lol), better level designs etc. What pisses me off about Super Mario Brothers 3 is how when you hit the mushroom block the mushroom instead of the going to the right it would always drop the opposite side you were standing. In the later levels with lava & pits around you it would be pretty hard to catch the mushroom.

EDIT: If I remember correctly that also happens in Super Mario World, fuck, I'm not sure.
