its pretty well known in certain circles that ricky likes to enjoy himself during his downtime, so this is no surprise at all. word is he's going into rehab to deal with depression and other issues, then hoping to get a comeback fight arranged early next year

Yup, and what he does in his downtime is why he has failed at winning the "big" fights in his career. He has the talent, but the dedication isn't there. Same thing happened to Tyson towards his downfall.
