If Dipset showed up on Detox, half of Dubcc would jump out of a window.

I can see it now....Imagine Cam spitting "golly I'm gully, look at his goulashes" Over a trademark dre piano loop. Dre better get a banging sample based beat for the dips

Dre's beats have been average, but Dre always have potential, as shown in the past. If you don't think he's still capable of making a masterpiece you overlooking the man. And Dre working with artists like Dipset? That alone should give you enough reason to put on your stunna shades and smoke your cigarette.I'm more excited becuz I Wanna hear Dipset, not so much a Dre beat... Which again is why I posted it here..ok, i understand that you want to hear dipset, but won't it bother you if the dre beats turn out to be average?Yeah, it would, you're right. I think it wil still be cool to hear tho, just cuz of the two contrasting styles. But given that this is such a unique collabo, I'm gonna assume (hope) they will both bring their A game and not release something "average". And if it comes out on Detox, there's no doubt in my mind every song on that album will be great.

Also, I think that maybe all of these "sub-par" beats from Dre for other ppl in recent years are a direct result from him putting all his effort into Detox. If your friends wanna pay supreme amounts of money for your throwaway beats, why not.I know about Dre being an OCD perfectionist, but I think that may be more for projects he's directly working hands-on with more.

Do you also think Dre's production in recent years have been "sub-par" for him? Not the quality/mixing so much, but the actual composition and complexity of the beats themselves.
