I'll always like Kanye from a musical standpoint but his calls for attention grow more and more pathetic as the years go by.

Nice promotional tactic but basically nothing is banned in the usa anymore.  If distributors say they won't carry it, it's their choice.   The label doesn't have to oblige to them but choose to.  It's funny how he generalized it's been banned in the usa.
