If "One Plus One" is the same as "One On One" (not sure, haven't heard it) it was released on the Street Fighter Sdtk.

And "The General" and "The Second Coming" was both released as 12" I think.  (they might just be promos)

I'm not too sure about that one, I've never seen it in stores, nothing at ohhla.com and nothing comes up on cdnow.com or cduniverse.com

I don't see it listed here.
