Triple OG Rapsodie:
Blair Witch project was the worst "movie" I've seen. If you can call it that.

watching it opening night in the theater was pretty surreal but once you figured out it was all a stunt etc u realized fast how dumb it was...it was one of those things u had to be there opening night or you missed the "thill" of it all

I guess if you thought it was real or something. But I saw it after all the hype and was expecting to see a scary movie. Literally nothing happens in that film. You hear a couple strange noises and teenagers running around acting scared.

i think it dropped in 99 or someshit. the ad campaign was really vague as were all the reviews it had gotten...no one seeing the movie for the first time knew what to expect. it wasnt known if it was a movie or a documentary or what we just knew it looked scary as shit. the test crowds that previewed the movie looked stunned and dumbfouned after the movie so everyone was anticipating the flick.

on the way home the car was just quiet as shit for a few miles. finally i said what did we just watch? then we all proceeded to talk about how stupid of a movie we just sat thru.

Sccit:
yea, lota mufuckaz were swearin up n down it was real back in 99...crazy how times change. nowadays, some shit like that drops and everyone and their mama would be on top of its authenticity months before it even hit theatres.
