Its a face Suge Knight and Dr Dre had their eye on tupac during their days on Ruthless Records.
why? how?
Well 2pac was introduced to LA through some Ruthless Artist which eventually led to 2pac aka makaveli being present in the studio during the final days of NWA while their last album was being put together and recorded.

A Few years later after DRE and Suge formed Death Row and pac was available, they got him.

i remember that picture with pac, eazy and treach.

pac was on a above the law cd, that came out Ruthless..

yea that was a dope video.
I heard that 2pac refused to put his gun away during the shoot.
thats why u see him grabbing alot around his crotch area. it kept wanting to fall from his baggy pants as he rappe'd.
