How do you know that? The credits just say "Produced by Dr. Dre".

Wasn't Warren G's "Lookin' At Me" a leftover as well?

I don't know but it was originally a Sticky Fingaz song.

i remember reading that dre said that he did that one for NWA.
the beat of chin check was not new however

I thought it was meant for the original Helter Skelter album?

I could be wrong but the only 2 songs finished for Helter Skelter were Can't C Me and Natural Born Killaz

Indonesia - Recorded in the summer of 93,  Gimme Fifty Feet & Can't C Me were all that were done for the album. They spent a huge amount on the Natural Born Killaz video, that it just had to come out on the latest release to benefit from the investment - that being - Murder Was The Case soundtrack

i read it in the source wit dre, cube, and snoop on the cover. the producer section. sticky and dre was over that beat. hot joint.
