nah, its bullshit because 2pacs is not platinum yet.  I think its because of that whole def jam lying about their sales thing.  Thats why ja rules is already platinum and 2pacs isn't.

They don't put that little triangle the day the CD sells it's 1,000,000 unit.  I think they wait for it to get certified.  2Pac's album will probably get the 3x platinum symbol soon.  Pac's album came out after Ja's.

Pac's album is at like 800k...My friend works for this music company and got access to soundscan...Even though Ja's album is certified plat he's only at around 750k...He shipped 1 milluon to stores...RIAA gives out plaques for units shipped...Jay-z is at 1.3 million and Snoop is around 450,000...

oh, so whats the eminem show at sales wise.  Does that mean that eminem only shipped 7.4 million cds but didn't sell that much ???
