Exactly. That's why I believe in the Greek Orthodox church (I could be wrong), their priests are allowed to marry have have families. Is it s coincidence you don't hear about Greek Orthodox priests molesting kids? I don't think so.
And you're right about celibacy being church law, not necessarily something God told man to do. That's explains why it is a complete failure. Celibacy and the practice of teaching abstinence in schools are a complete failure because it goes against human nature.

honestly what ordinary man would voluntarily give up his sex life? I don't think its surprising so many turn out to be pedophiles. These guys become priests for a reason. They just ain't interested in dating and have some kind of fucked up interests that they can't do openly in society.

But son, they don't 'turn out to be pedophiles'. These kinds of niggas is predators. This what they do. And becuz of what you just said, is the reason they go into this 'Priesthood' and it ain't right. And I'm sure there's alot of self-controlled dudes out there who feel real strong bout their Faith and are willing to sacrifice and they do it, properly. To me personally I believe alot of these widowed elderly Catholic faithful ol' men is who should be ordained. Instead of going into a convalescent home or an assisted living or an senior condo complex, they should go to the rectory. ;D

Its easy to say that all of these priests were just sick predators to begin with, because it seperates the religion from the persons actions. But when you supress a persons natural sexual needs this is what comes from it. All these dudes in prison fuckin other dudes werent just gay before they went there.
