1st got into her on the Idlewild soundtrack. Call The Law is siiiiick (one of the best songs on there). Metropolis is a classic EP, imo. The video for Many Moons is too. ArchAndroid is on another level, though.......Cold War is another classic video from Janelle. Interesting concepts and amazing music on the first 3 Suites (can't wait for Suite IV). Musically aside, her dancing/energy is unreal. Honestly, I think she will go down as of the best artists of our time. She's young and has a whole career ahead of her, but she's already 2 for 2 in my book.

I have the album on the iPod; excited to bump this. I just hope the rest of the album is on the same level as "Cold War" & "Come Alive".

Best album last year besides Kanye, Arcade Fire, and Titus Andronicus.

If you like Andre 3000, BOB besides his mad commercial singles, or just want some different shit, check it

After listening to her album, half of it was dope & half of it was kinda boring, in my opinion.

Yet, I still anticipate future projects lol.

Janelles always going to be one of those artists that's wildly over rated by some and completely brushed off by others.

If she just made a complete album with all her songs at a high tempo, she could make a great album.

Even the production wasn't there when she was on some slow song. Kinda disappointed in this; but it shows her potential.

Both her ep and lp flopped hard. Thier decent but you to be in a certain mood since she's singing about being an android sent back in time. She's talented but strange

I like this concept. Not feeling all the songs cause some genres she touches are not my cup of tea, but overall a highly enjoyable album.
