I always wondered where that track came from and what project it was intended for.  To me, it sounds like a rough draft of some sort, but there are definite similarities between this and the beat to 'Around The World' by J-Flexx & Danny Boy, so maybe it was the blueprint or the inspiration to that track.

As far as I know, it was recorded in 1995 but it's not the OG version. Somebody mixed the instrumental with clean acapella. BTW Danny Boy's "Something 2 Ride 2" uses the same beat
