I agree.  There are tons of producers that can create a dope sound.  Terrace Martin, Mars and 1500 or Nothin', Tre Beatz, NJD, Cool and Dre, Neptunes (older stuff) etc....  The only thing Dre has above these producers is his ability to make a beat come to life.

I have to say though, Snoop's career has seen better days.  I don't expect anything good from Snoop anymore.
