amazing track, was posted here a few years ago and it was claimed to be a new track which wouldn't surprise me since Sam says it himself on the track 'it's the year '08'

At the 2:47 mark that's "Fame" from the Dr Dre Presents...The Aftermath compilation. RC featuring King Tee.  Was originally supposed to have Busta Rhymes on it, cause I remember that same MTV interview from the 96 VMAs where Dre mentions he reached out to Busta to lay down a verse on Fame.  But that song was never a Sam Sneed-Dre collaboration (to your credit, does sound a lot like their style though)

Yeah, I think I still have that footage. Dre did want Busta on "Fame". I think I have part of that footage of Dre in tha studio playing it along with other songs from that album.
