I had no problems ordering mine to Canada from http://www.snoopdoggmerchandise.com/ this is through the snoop dogg site so you may have better luck placing international orders here.

Glad I got to make a donation and get one of these shirts.

No i registered in snoop's site and for the shirts, when shipping to France, it keeps saying ."Sorry, no quotes are available for this order at this time."
