And Nate is definitely not Snoop's cousin.  In Snoop's biography Snoop said he met Nate because they had gym class and were partners in Science lab class their sophmore year in highschool.   Warren G didn't like Nate Dogg at first and was jealous of him, because Warren G wanted to maintain his spot as Snoop's #1 best friend and felt like Nate was a threat to that; so Snoop said he had to sit them both down or something, and cool them out so that they could get down to making some music and becoming a crew as 213.

They have different mother and father. They are stepbrother. The rest doesn't really matter.

How much more straight of an answer do you need? Dre's mom is married to Warren's father. They are step brothers which means they share no biological parents. I don't understand what you're confused about.
