So whats the story on this album? Was it actually ever released? I'm pretty sure I heard the something like it was scrapped in '03 or '04 or whatever, but then Elektra or somebody released it digitally in '08? Is this true? Is it still available? I don't get why it was never released? Could i get some answers on this?

It was released on FTP a few years ago. It's around but it's rare.
