Islam isn't an "arab religion", though most of the people who follow it tend to be Arab. It's no different then the other religions.

The only reason Christianity isn't an Israeli religion is because they spent their whole existence trying to convert everyone else. Maybe Muslims just weren't as good at shoving their beliefs down the throat of everyone they came across.
