And I mean, a CLASSIC movie, on the level with gone with the wind.  Friday (and maybe boys in tha hood) are two fine movies, I would stand them up to any good movie from any genre (but you can't really compare genres anyways).  I think Friday should get the respect as more than a weed movie, it's really very intelligent.  Here's 101 reasons why.  



1. - The scene were Smokey says, "See, I told ya, the weed be lettin you know, when the evil lurks!"


Smokey was such a pothead, he thought weed had special powers, LOL.  Good god that's hilarious.

its a very funny movie but not classic.

#3 - The look on Smokey's face when Craig points a gun at him and says "No, fuck you"... LOL   Smokey was seriously offended, LOL.
