Poll: Should we show Bin Laden's Photo

So this topic came up in a G-Spot thread, and I thought this would be a better place to discuss it.

Should we, assuming that Bin Laden is dead and was killed when the gov't says he was, show the picture of Bin Laden after the Navy SEAL raid?

I say, yes, absolutely. 

Heres why:  You can't use tolerance and compassion towards people who hate your guts for simply existing how you exist and for policies that will not change in a hundred years, and hope that being respectful will actually win anyone over.  Being "the nice guy" in our terms by not showing the photo does nothing for us in their eyes because we are still "evil" to them no matter what.  Showing the picture will confirm this even happening, which has been handled little shady to say the least.

The real issue is why they hate us and it isn't because of something trivial like showing a picture or not showing a picture (the first thing we shouldn't and wont change, the second we should and could change): 

1) We are literally Sodom and Gomorrah to them and basically piss on their holy laws by having equal rights, las vegas, binge drinking, drug usage, whores galore, etc.  We are the devil to them.

2) We have retarded foreign policy.  Whether or not youre on the right or left, chances are, if youre involved at all in mainstream politics, you support this, and definetley do if you vote any of these 2 party guys into office.  Democrats and Republicans both support undeclared wars on nations full of muslims and other races/religions because of protecting allies and resources.  We also medal in other countries political decisions when we should keep out of it (regime changes, sending weapons/supplies to one side and denying the other).  Newsflash:  people don't like that!  Especially when it is literally killing your neighbors or effecting your everyday life in a negative way.

My main point - We need to stop getting ourselves involved via entangling alliances (that goes for the UN, too.  not just israel and the usual allies).  They hurt more than they help, especially now in this political climate.  If we did that, these guys wouldn't be scheming ways to blow our shit up and wouldn't be so pissed everytime family guy shows muhammed on tv.

Youre probably right. 

That doesn't mean that showing the pic wouldn't do any good.

Then again, our gov't relies on people assuming things.
