What languages to learn to be a web designer?

I want to design websites. But I'm pretty much a noob to programming, only knowing HTML.
I try to search what languages i should try but they all explain it in big programming words that i have yet to learn.

So please PLEASE use small vocabulary, and list the order of languages i should learn to be a good web designer.

what do u mean bro, u have to learn the programming language. y would learning a different language help you learn all that programming shit?
