Andre ability isn't underrated, but his impact may be. He just doesn't apply himself.

Nobody wants to hear your fuck ass singing, Andre, or your stupid side projects. Drop a legit solo minus the goofy shit or do another Outkast album. Period.

Basically right on. When it comes to RAPPING, not many (if any at all) can fuck with Andre.
