it's not real.  just the skit (maybe).  honestly the skit sounds kinda chopped together.

people weren't using that horn/string sound back in tha day.  that shit didn't pop up until like 02'/03' (maybe 2001 at the earliest)

anybody ever heard of a nwa tape called "900 #s" or something like that?
i remember seeing that shit in an old mail-order catalog for sale (about 10-15 years ago), being advertised as a rare tape with skits and prank calls...

that's the "1-900-2-COMPTON" track you're thinkin of.  Eazy-Ecpt released a full-length version of this a while back, but it was really fucked up.
There was a better version leaked from Jsta at Back2DaOG.  Here's an excerpt from his blog about it:

"If you read the Str8 Off Tha Streetz Of Muthaphukkin' Compton post, you know that I have in my possession the original cassette copy of [although I never said it was taken from a cassette until now], N.W.A.'s 1-900-2-COMPTON: an unreleased and practically unheard of thirty-one minute skit. I also said I gave the person my word that I would not share that with anybody, and I still hold true to that. Not too long ago, I got word that this site called Eazy-ECPT has the same dialogue up but with music backin' it. Since I'm not a member and can't access a damn thang, I had somebody download it for me. The first thing I heard was a clip of Eazy's Wut Would You Do, which wasn't recorded till four years later. Then I heard this slow, sinister-sounding beat come on which lasts all through till it fades out almost at the end. This little clip that plays in the beginning can also be heard throughout this fucked up version, which really doesn't even go with the thang. I also heard mumbled shout-outs to I guess the one who hooked the site up with it. At the end the beat fades out and whoever is givin' it up fucks up on the shout-out! The last thing on it is sayin' that it is an Eazy-ECPT.com exclusive. If you turn the end up, you can hear the homie's mic. You can tell just by listenin' to it that this homie was straight amateur. I gave a copy of this to a good homie of mine, and he suggested that I fuck with the original I have and make a Back 2 Da OG type version. So I thought about it, and the one I got it from never said I shouldn't share it in any modified form. That brings me to the final part of this tribute. I hope everybody from Money B to the closest one's to Eazy appreciate this 'cause it took me hours to perfect"

As far as this "Ice Crumbles" thing, its just Eazy's verse from "Approach To Danger" over some other beat, with clips of Eazy talkin that were takin from between tracks on "Str8 Off Tha Streetz of Muthaphukkin Compton".
