Incarcerated, Harlem, New York rapper Max B. recently discussed his future plans with AllHipHop.com, once he receives his freedom from prison.

Max, who is serving a 75 year sentence for his role in a botched robbery that ended up in murder, is currently working on a new installment of the “Coke Wave” mixtape series with French Montana.

Brand new tracks will compromise the third installment of the “Coke Wave” series," which unlike its predecessors, will be a full-length album.

“We gonna really give it up, where really going to do it officially," Max B. told AllHipHop.com. "We going to do the album and it's going to be real Wavy. We are also doing 'Coke Wave: The Movie."

Max B., born Charly Wingate, is currently serving a 75 year sentence for his part in a homicide in Fort Lee, New Jersey in September of 2006.

In March, Max B. completed the appeal process, although it will still be months before a court room makes a decision about his fate.

In April, Max B. told AllHipHop.com that he could be home as early as the end of the summer.

"You might see me in the summer, you might see me at the end of the year," Max B. revealed. "I'm just waiting on the appellate courts. All my paperwork is done."
