1. Billy Danze - By far the hardest flow.. his flow is concrete.  (Check almost any track, even his laidback tracks is hard as fuck.. Welcome to Brownsville & Warriorz is good examples, and for humilation.. check how he made Fabolous look like a little puppy on "Keepin it gangsta remix")

2. Lil Fame - Hard as fuck too, but not as hard as patnah Danze.

3. 2Pac - At times.. could be the softest dude, OR the hardest mofucka..

yeah Billy Danze is untoppable hard

but Lil' Fame has even a lil more energy in my oppinion

Kurupt gets honorable mention, but Hardest Flow gotta go to Ice Cube.  He ALWAYS sounded pissed... and not just yeling loud, or anything, when he said he was gonna kill a white guy, I BELIEVED IT!
