Its just him roping in artists from everywhere that have buzz to try and make his album sell. He'd release a much more cohesive LP if he picked a set of producers that all follow the same sound and gives the album a singular theme. R.E.D. was a theme that leaked over the course of a long period of time -- The Hoodmorning Candy Coronas was better than the actual album in my opinion, and I liked the album, it's just that like you said the album was a bit of a disorganized carry over. I think what happened is that the album ended up sounding like another mixtape in the series rather than being different it just sounded like a carry-over. The Red Room, Hoodmorning Candy Coronas, the actual album, then the Hangover (am I missing any other mixtapes in the series?)And the mixtapes were dope, but there was nothing unique that made that album standout or different than the mixtapes. The first thing an artist has to ask himself is what makes my album different than the mixtapes that someone would want to go out and buy it.In this case, it almost would have been better not to release any of the mixtapes until 3 months after the album release.. and instead take the best tracks from all the mixtapes, put them in order and make a double album of bangers. A month before the album comes out drop a 5-track teaser and a freestyle to spark interest, then drop the gem. In this case, I think the mixtapes might have actually hurt the artist. Game needs a better executive producer also. Pharrell is a great talent, but he just doesn't have the artistic chemistry with Game that he has with some others.Maybe he should go holler at Suge to executive produce his next album. Suge does a superb job of picking the tracks and Game makes great music, he just doesn't always put it together properly. Game also needs to do a better job of picking his radio singles which I'm surprised Jimmy didn't do a good job to help him or promote his music (I think Jimmy wants his contract done).

Talib is not a producer
In-house or Will.I.Am all the way. Most agree that he def needs an experienced Executive Producer that has a history of executive producing big albums. I think Game is one of those dudes where every song he does sounds good to himself, and he struggles to differentiate what the singles should be and the records that should make the album versus the ones that should be kept off or left for the mixtapes. A good executive producer could point his artwork and creativity in the right direction. He's like an athlete that's mega-talented but needs a good coach to guide him in the right direction. When he had 50, he helped him put together the projects with the right tracks and helped him pick out the singles from the creative standpoint.
Game should do a whole album with J.R. Rotem - "State Of Emergency" and "California Vacation" were bangin'
