You should use your Paypal insurance/ fil a complaint policy to know the status of your order & have the cd sent again if it's been lost. That's what I had to do with my Soopafly cd which apparantly got lost... & I finally received it after a bout a month of waiting.

I emailed the guys who put out the faulty cd initially...the response was that they were aware of the problem and that future pressings would address the issue. However I didn't persue it any further as I doubted they would sort it out (to be honest).
