Rumor is that they're trying to get an investment group to financially give the fighters money up front.  Top Rank is trying to cut Golden Boy out of the deal (Mayweather hired Golden Boy to negotiate terms with Top Rank and Pacquiao before).  Either this is a legitimate move by Top Rank or just a show to delay the process.

Mayweather needs to learn how boxing works, because I think when the hand is raised at the end its the hand of the winner. Pac-man had his hand raised three times.

I like to see this trash talk, but it really means fuck all until an official date is organised for a fight between them. Mayweather, if you agree a deal with Pac-Man THEN I'll be interested.
