No it had nothing to do with DMX. It was just a coincidence with the timing of that beef. Big C-Style or somebody else, I can't remember, recently gave an interview that described what happened. I think it was just some rival gang members or something. Kurupt's bodyguard that died is Big U's (i think that was his name) brother.
