lol, the NBA all-star game is worse than writing essays.

Yeah I generally don't make it through the whole thing

Why are you guys always bitching, it used to be worse. Last year Duncan made the All-Star team, lol. You can't seriously mean that Lowry should start in this All-Star game. It's just to show off that you know something.

I remember in another forum niggas were like "Eric Gordon is better than Paul and Griffin, damn what a horrible basketball trade, people just wanna fill seats and be on top of the highlights"... those niggas just said that to seem insightful, because Gordon is a lot less famous than Paul or Griffin. In reality, Paul and Griffin are both clearly more valuable. Just like Lowry shouldn't start in the All-Star game.

With that said, Pierce is a bum now and shouldn't play. Neither should Duncan or Garnett. I bet my dick on at least one of them making it, maybe even all 3.

honestly i rather have AI coming in at his age right now than watch eric gordon and lowry in an all-star game.

who da fuck is going to want to watch lowry? and gordon for an all star game? i rather see the greats, the future HOFers. its what the fans want, i mean i rather have T-Mac than  joe johnson. i bet vince can still throw it down better and do something more creative than some of the young dudes.

the thing is people want to see stars, former and current, nobody wants to see  a player start in an all star game when they arnt stars.

its stupid how barkely keeps bitching about the voting system, its what the FANS want to see, nobody gives a shit about what the analysts should think it is.

and if young players are bitching about getting snubbed, than put in work, its obvious fans don't notice you enough to vote for you.

no i vote on who is having the best & most impressive season. Paul is not having an amazing season by any stretch of the imagination

Lowry is scoring about the same, passing about the same and his rebound for a point is great and puts him over the top. Leading a team that on paper is a lottery team to a respectable 8-7 record.

So yes if i want to vote on some overall rating of a player like this is a video game i would give it to another. but i think Lowry actually deserved it.

"The participants are currently chosen in two ways. The first is via fan ballot to select the starting lineups. Then, the fans vote for the the reserves as well."

i don't think its like baseball where the coaches get a vote. Could be wrong though.

lol I DO NOT want to see lowry as a starter.

ok ill make a change.

Westbrook for Lowry (could go either way really but westbrook is more proven and probs would be more exciting to watch)

also put in Marc Gasol for Bynum.

i know laker babies are gonna cry, but gasol is a guy who can take over a game and has a career high in PPG, RPG, BPG, APG & SPG and the Grizzlies are a 10-8 team even with Z-bo injured and Rudy Gay not playing at his top level. He is extremely well rounded and his free throw shooting has made a huge jump.

Bynum is steadily going back to earth with numbers id expect from him. and i see much more from gasol as far as being able to take over a game.
now again this is me not you.

if anyone is taking over for the grizzlies, it's rudy gay...marc gasol is good, no doubt, but in terms of post game, bynum is lightyears ahead of him. gasol is more comparable to his brother, in a sense that he plays out of the post as much as he does in the post. to be honest with u, i currently feel bynum>marc>pau (although pau seems to be back on track after the last game vs. the clips)

Bynum is, at the very least, good.....and yes, he's a complete center. still developing, but he's already good and beyond. i get what u mean though. Yao was more of a traditional center than anyone currently in the league, aside from Bynum.
