This is a great move for both parties. Battlecat is obviously a west coast legend and a very talented musician for 1500 to be adding to their team. On the flipside, 1500 is more relevant than Battlecat nowadays, so this gives Battlecat an opportunity to be getting his musical contributions to more popular artists which should be profitable of course.

it's a win/ win situation indeed! Both have huge talent, 1500 is the future, they're today's color while Battlecat brings the iconic stature & relevency.
