Gilbert played the point. He plays the same game as Rose, unless you wanna tell me Rose is a two guard.

thats how i look at him

iverson 2

That's because Iverson was the two to Eric Snow at point. Iverson just had complete control of the ball.

Gilbert was a scoring point guard.

just wanted to point out that Gilbert Arenas played his whole career as a point guard......

and sucked as one

id def consider him a SG who handled the ball

U can say the same thing about AI, him and AI were only considered pgs cuz of the match ups.

Gilbert is no point guard  and I remember early on him starting at the 2 but had to move back to the 1 cuz of mike miller and butler

thing is, AI played most his career as the 2guard...Arenas played most his career as the point guard. Arena's is ranked amongst point guards, not shooting guards.

^ I remember having the LeBron/Kobe debate with one of my friends back in high school, and some dude piped in trying to convince us that Gilbert Arenas was the best LOL

a year ago NIK said McGrady was better than Lebron

i guess fanboys will always be fanboys

put it this way...LeBron is closer to McGrady in his prime than he is to any of the NBA greats.

and? lebron never averaged 35+ ppg....fact of the matter is- bird, magic, kareem, etc. never averaged "29,8, and 7", but they're all hands down better than lebron.

I'd say it's damn near impossible to average 35 points & 8 assists.

Son played in the worst competition in the history of basketball.

If that's your statement, fine. But then you cannot say Wilt isn't the greatest player ever..
