Of course they can fight, but that wouldn't be an official fight. Haye has retired his license, and I can guarantuee yoou he won't get it back after this.

and on the klitschko-isn't-great-anymore point: i don't believe that...get him a good refier and let's see...i mean, even if klitschko wasn't that great against chisora and even if chisora made a good fight, he wasn't able to beat him...he underestimated shitsora and wasn't in a good shape, you can clearly see that but he still wasn't in big trouble

Does he even need it? Nevada State Commission can easily grant David Haye one. Victor Ortiz was able to get it after intentionally head butting Floyd Mayweather several times during a fight. Haye is saying he'll only come back to fight one of the Klitschko brothers, but these dudes should both see that there is big money involved with these two fighting.
