settle a debate i'm having with my cousin: at any point in his career, was Grant Hill a Top 5 NBA player? (Best year was 99/00, 2nd team NBA...I say no)

i really don remember how he was playing, but i don't remember him being as dominant as shaq, kobe, t-mac, AI, KG and such

t-mac wasnt nearly as good as grant hill in 99-00. hill was pretty much on the same level as AI and garnett back then.
