I havent seen the episode yet. Seems like Mitch is pissed cus they lied to him? They said it was gonna focus on gang life and makin moves in the rap game? Damn...you KNOW they aint goan focus on no rap shit lol. Seems like he pissed too cus they brought up the SDPD shit....like him n his homies got funk with the SDPD?  Lincoln has had its beef with the San Diego Police from way back. But I dunno how this Gangland shit switched it up for Hollywood.

Yeah he shoulda known. I think he just didnt know it was gonna focus SO much on the dead cop...and their beef with Skyline. That beef isnt like other beefs out there between sets cus they used to be the same gang.  Alotta the older homies were around and bangin when it WAS Syndo and they dont want all that killin between the sets.

i'm sure aswell mitchy has seen gangland before, but i think the point of what mitchy was getting at was the show trying to start up beef between lincoln and skyline, when this beef had actually calmed down, not the show hyping up certain clicks like they do, i think thats were they mislead mitchy, i'll post what mitchy said on siccness...

The thing is, that beef is no secret in SD. Skyline and Lincoln been beefin since the early 90's. I feel what he's sayin...but the show really just documented the shit. I cant say it really stirred shit up. Mitchy has made it a point to calm down on any Eastside talk in any of his new CD's tho. Back when the XXL Handgunner shit was comin out...and Strong Arm Robbery mixtape, it was like fuckit. But seein as how he's on the road and doin the rap thing, he cant really be pumpin up that Lincoln/ Skyline beef and not even be down here in turf everyday.  His CD's can really spark off some funk if he wants it to.

Plus that documentary focused on that dead cop shit a lot and they took some of Mitchy's interview and intertwined that shit with the story. There is a part where they are describing the police officers story about how they pulled up on some Lincoln niggas gettin ready to smash on somebody...and they all just ran. Then it cuts to Mitchy sayin "back then when the police came around...u just ran". Makin it look like Mitchy was backin up the cops story. When in reality, that was probably taken out of context and he was commentin on somethin completely different then that police's story. But thats how they do shit.

i think even though i'm sure mitchy has seen episodes of gangland before, i think they mislead him on how they were gonna represent this show to the public, i mean its like you said, skyline and lincoln used to be one click, there both blood sets, piru and bloods and the beef from my understanding, the beef has been on the backburner over the last couple of years, the way the did the show i feel like, yeah, that could get shit on and poppin again, you see what i'm saying, i can see where mitchy is coming from totally and you know this

Tiny Madhatter. I feel u....that shit goes both ways cus the East has put out shit dissin Lincoln too. This documentary just happened to be on Lincoln. The beef between Skyline and Lincoln has calmed down a bit over the last couple years as far as the killin goes. But yeah, its still there. Its mostly the younger cats that do stupid shit from time to time.  Really the shit seemed to calm down after Damu got shot and that whole funk with the Brims and Skyline...and them two ladies got shot.  I think they talked about that in the video...cant remember.  Anyways, I feel Mitchys frustration with some of the shit in the documentary...
